Starting in 2019 as a family restaurant around the University campus of the Burapha University in Bangsaen, our bistro was built as a Traditional Belgian Fritkot, providing affordable yet qualitative food to the local community, mainly university Students at first. In order to ensure and control cost and quality, we have been relying since the very beginning on 'everything homemade', using the slow food model of local supplies and suppliers whenever possible.
Over time, with our customers profile gradually changing, we added some iconic Belgian & European dishes. We were introducing those new dishes through weekly Specials that soon became the trademark of our restaurant providing new dishes to an extremely keen but sometimes unfamiliar clientele.
At this stage of our growth, in order to be able to cater for an ever-growing demand of our ready-made dishes not only around Bangsaen but nation-wide, we are now concentrating on our Bistro menu only.
Over the years, we have refined the use of the Sous-vide technique, a high-end culinary tool, to cook our meats/proteins to perfection and also to condition and portion our dishes.
